School CounselorJob Description:

  • Masters degree in counseling or related field
  • Active state educator licensing
  • Counseling: Providing individual and group support for academic, personal, and social issues.
  • Consultation: Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs.
  • Academic Guidance: Assisting with academic planning, study skills, and career exploration.
  • Crisis Intervention: Offering immediate support during emergencies.
  • Presentations: Delivering educational sessions on various topics.
  • Referrals: Connecting students with community resources.
  • Documentation: Maintaining records of sessions and interventions.
  • Professional Development: Staying updated on counseling practices.

Interview Process:
