The IT Manager will be instrumental in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, managing Microsoft and Apple operating systems, and troubleshooting networking issues. The role also entails inventory management for hardware, software, and cloud-based services alongside maintaining the security awareness training and phishing program.
Responsibilities:
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory. • Manage Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Apple MacOS. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired networking issues and perform necessary repairs. • Oversee inventory management for hardware, software, and cloud-based services. • Provide network print and scanning troubleshooting and support. • Maintain the security awareness training and phishing program. • Monitor alerts and review logs for potential issues. • Provide support for employee mobile devices. • Utilize skills in Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and SaaS.• Proven experience in a similar role within the Finance Consulting industry
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Proficiency in using Azure Active Directory
• Solid understanding of SaaS and SAAS - Software As A Service
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate and develop IT teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced project management skills to handle IT-related projects
• Ability to strategize and develop efficient IT systems and processes
• Familiarity with IT regulations and best practices in the finance sector
• Relevant IT certifications would be advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
