Job Details:

• 23 - 24 SY
• Full - Time (37.5hrs/week)
• Caseload: K - 12

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results, client preferences, and evidence-based practices.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services, implementing therapeutic activities and interventions to improve clients' fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care tasks, and environmental adaptations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Indiana.
• Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
• Familiarity with various diagnoses and conditions, and their impact on individuals' functional abilities.
