Paraprofessional Full-Time Opportunity in Elk Grove, California

Pay Rate: $28/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Caseload: To be discussed

About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional for an immediate opening in Elk Grove, California. This role provides a valuable opportunity to support K-12 students in their educational journey, assisting with classroom activities and promoting student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in daily classroom activities
  • Assist with instructional materials and lesson plans
  • Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
  • Help manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities

Student Needs:
This position involves working with K-12 students, assisting with various academic and behavioral needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working in an educational setting is a plus
