Responsibilities:

  • Master Precision Machining: Program, operate, and maintain Citizen Swiss machines using cutting-edge software like Gibbs Cam and Esprit to produce critical medical components with the highest precision.

  • Execute with Accuracy: Set up CNC machines and execute machining operations according to the exacting specifications required for medical devices and components.

  • Ensure Quality Standards: Conduct thorough inspections of finished medical parts to ensure they meet stringent industry standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.

  • Contribute to Healthcare Innovation: Be part of a team dedicated to improving patient care by delivering top-quality medical components used in devices that save lives.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in CNC Machining: Proven experience in CNC machining and programming, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in Swiss machining—ideally in medical manufacturing or similar high-precision industries.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges, ensuring that each medical part meets exact specifications.

  • Blueprint Mastery: Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints with precision, ensuring the production of safe and reliable medical components.

  • Commitment to Safety and Quality: Adherence to strict quality control and safety standards essential in the production of medical devices.

  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team focused on delivering excellence in the medical field.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
