  • Calculate commission payments for the Commercial Team members technical software
  • Enter additional deductions and adjustments for reps in CaptivateIQ
  • Ensure all commission calculations are correct and compliant with company policies and sales plans
  • Provide support to Reps in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
  • Be prompt in answering correspondence from Reps
  • Supply Finance and Commercial Leadership with monthly reporting on Reps earned commission
