We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker who will be responsible for various tasks including shipping products, weighing products to determine shipping needs, and using a computer for light tasks. The role involves cutting packing materials to specifications, crimping bags to close, counting parts to be shipped out accurately, lifting up to 50lbs, and using a tape measure. You must be able to remain on your feet for the entire shift and wear steel-toed shoes.
Hard Skills- Woodworking experience
- High Tape Measurement experience
- Experience with chop saw, table saws, nail guns, hand and power tools
- Quarter measurements
- Military/Construction experience (a BIG plus)
- Self-dependence
- Ability to ask for additional work when tasks are completed
Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm; OT as needed
Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Work EnvironmentSteel-toed shoes are required. Working in an open warehouse shop environment around wood products and some saw dust.
