Full-Time Specialty Pharmacy Manager Granite Falls, MN

Are you an experienced pharmacist looking to take on a new challenge in a specialty pharmacy setting? We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join a dynamic team for a 13+ week assignment in Granite Falls, MN. This role is ideal for those who are ready to make a significant impact in the long-term care pharmacy field. In this position, youll have the opportunity to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations while ensuring top-notch care for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring medication safety and accuracy in a specialty pharmacy setting.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate and manage medication therapy management (MTM), immunization services, and long-term care pharmacy duties.
- Ensure pliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the pharmacy in good standing.
- Participate in patient care initiatives, including immunization administration and patient education.
- Provide continuous feedback and training to pharmacy technicians and other support staff.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- PharmD or equivalent, with a passion for patient care and specialty pharmacy.
- Immunization Certification and CPR Certification are required.
- MTM Certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team management and regulatory pliance.
- Must be willing to obtain a Minnesota Pharmacy License (we will assist you in the process).
- Previous long-term care or specialty pharmacy experience is highly desired.
