Location: Oakland, CA
Position Type: Full-Time, School Year Contract

About the Position:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our educational team in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate will provide essential psychological services to support students' academic, social, and emotional well-being. In this role, youll collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized strategies that promote student success and a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement intervention and support plans, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to foster inclusive and supportive learning environments.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • California School Psychologist Certification or license.
  • Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred.
