Location: Del Valle, California
Organization: Soliant Education
Position Details:
- Caseload: K-6th grade students
- Hours: 8 hours per day (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), with a half-hour unpaid lunch
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Start Date: November 2024
- End Date: April 2024, with the possibility of extending through the end of the 2024/2025 school year (last day of school: 06/13/2025)
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral analysis and intervention services to K-6th grade students
- Develop and implement behavior plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment
- Conduct assessments and provide data-driven recommendations
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
