Details:
Onsite near Ontario, OH
Pay Range: $41+/hr (depending on experience)

  • Remainder of the 2024-2025 school year
  • Full Time position
  • Open to part time candidates
  • ASAP Start - May 2025
  • PreK-12th grade age groups
  • 1 or multiple school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)
  • General BCBA duties

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure the implementation of effective behavior support plans.
  • Provide training to school staff and parents on behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
  • Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis to ensure the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans.
  • Attend IEP meetings and communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of behavior intervention plans, progress reports, and other required documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the school's special education team to support students with special needs.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Ohio
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
  • Experience working with students with special needs in a school setting.
  • Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
