Registered Behavior Technician

Are you passionate about working with students with behavioral needs? ProCare Therapy is currently searching for a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join one of our trusted school districts located in the enchanting city of Christiansburg, Virginia. As an RBT in this role, you will assist in delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Description

  • Full time

Job Requirements

  • Current and Active RBT Certification
  • Experience working with special education populations and/orworking withASD and social/emotional learning; HIGH needs experience, high behaviors, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours ofinterview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
