As an integral part of our legal team, you will assist with various legal and administrative tasks to support our operations. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of our legal procedures and maintaining our reputation in the industry.Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Assist with the preparation of legal exhibits, ensuring all materials are well-organized and up-to-date.
• Draft and revise a wide range of legal documents, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage medical records requests, ensuring all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Conduct administrative review filings, providing accurate reports and recommendations.
• Utilize your skills in Administrative Law and Appellate Briefs to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal processes.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for complex legal issues.
• Monitor and update client files, ensuring all information is accurate and readily accessible.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries, delivering high-quality customer service.• Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar association.
• Proficiency in legal research is required.
• Experience in administrative law is essential.
• Experience in drafting and arguing appellate briefs is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
