LHH is partnering with a client in Hurst to find a Credit/Collections Representative for a temporary, part-time position.. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and is ideal for someone looking to manage work around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on credit balances and assist with related projects

• Handle paperwork for account write-offs

• Process and confirm credit card payments, ensuring invoice accuracy

• Apply and clear payment discounts

• Make necessary revisions to invoices, such as tax or address corrections, and help process credit memos

• Ensure proper reconciliation of credit memos and associated invoices

• Send follow-ups on aged items and provide notifications to internal teams

• Manage past due notices and customer follow-ups

• Research invoices against purchase orders and quotes for discrepancies

• Prepare documentation for customer refunds

• Support various credit and collections tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in credit/collections

• Proficiency with Excel (intermediate level)

• Availability to work 25-30 hours per week

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
