Position: School Psychologist
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: February 2025 (Possible Extension)
Caseload: K-6th grade students
Site: Split between Rosedell Elementary & Plum Canyon Elementary
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a School Psychologist for a K-6th grade caseload in Santa Clarita, CA. This is a split position between Rosedell Elementary and Plum Canyon Elementary, and the assignment will last from ASAP to February 2025, with the possibility of extension. The psychologist will provide assessments, counseling, and other support services to students across both schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students K-6th grade
  • Provide individual and group counseling services
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop effective intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavioral plans
  • Monitor and report on student progress and provide ongoing support

Qualifications:

  • Active California School Psychologist Certification required
  • Ability to work with a K-6th grade caseload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
