About the Role:
Seeking a versatile Carpenter. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a growing company, starting part-time with the potential to increase hours as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform carpentry work such as framing, trim, cabinetry, and door installation.
  • Complete drywall repairs, finishing, and texturing.
  • Paint interiors and exteriors with a professional finish.
  • Conduct general property repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, minor electrical, and appliance repairs.
  • Support remodeling projects and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in carpentry and property maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in construction and maintenance.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
