Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in ITASCA, Illinois. This position is in the IT industry and will involve the management of customer accounts, processing of applications, and resolution of customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process and code invoices
• Handle account reconciliation tasks and ensure accuracy
• Run checks and maintain a proper record of the same
• Oversee invoice processing and ensure all invoices are handled promptly
• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks
• Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure all records are up-to-date
• Take appropriate action for account discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to conduct Check Runs
• Familiarity with Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Expertise in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle software
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Familiarity with SAP software
