Position: Paraprofessional
Location: Near Gardiner, Maine
Hourly Rate: Up to $25/hour

About the Position:
Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed in the classroom? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Paraprofessional near Gardiner, ME, to assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students under the direction of the classroom teacher.
• Assist with classroom management and organization to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Help implement instructional activities and modify materials to suit student needs.
• Foster positive and respectful relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Qualifications:

• Certified as an Ed Tech II or Ed Tech III
• Experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is a plus.
• Strong munication and organizational skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with students.

Pay and pensation:
