Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in GLENDALE, California. This role is in the finance industry and will require you to work in an office environment. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for multiple duties, including data entry, invoice printing, and handling accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into various systems such as QB, Excel, and Connectwise.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using various Accounting Software Systems.
• Utilize your knowledge in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Print invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to billing.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed.
• Maintain a high level of detail-orientation to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Leverage your skills in Computerized Billing and EHR SYSTEM to streamline processes.
• Handle Accounting Functions efficiently and accurately.
• Answer inbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service.

• Understands Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Capable of Answering Inbound Calls

• Ability to handle high volume of tasks with attention to detail

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent data entry and typing skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Strong problem-solving skills
