Job Description

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. This role serves to maximize space utilization as defined by operating KOIs, control and isolate non-conforming products as per local work instructions, and ensure compliance with client expectations and quality standards. The coordinator ensures a conforming product mix, facilitates efficient order fulfillment, and contributes to a safe and orderly working environment.

Responsibilities

• Move finished tissue products to maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Enter data into the inventory system accurately.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management.
• Use RF Scan Gun for inventory control.
• Perform cycle counts and manage inventory levels.
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks.
• Ensure non-conforming products are controlled and isolated.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years minimum warehouse inventory experience.
• Proficiency in using a computer.
• Experience with RF Scan Gun.
• Data entry skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Warehouse inventory management skills.

The company processes tissue grafts from human donors used in various clinical applications, positively impacting lives globally. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm.
