Job Description

Operate electronic testing equipment and apply testing procedures to manufactured electrical products, including PWB board assemblies and final assemblies. Test, troubleshoot, and repair power supplies, and report results based on established standards. Respond to work order requests and document test data.

Responsibilities
  • Operate electronic testing equipment and apply testing procedures to manufactured electrical products (PWB board assemblies and final assemblies).
  • Troubleshoot, test, and repair power supplies.
  • Respond to work order requests.
  • Document test data.
  • Troubleshoot to the component level.
  • Work with engineers to determine root cause when products do not pass.
  • Record pass/fail results.
  • Follow test procedures provided by engineering (AT, ESS, Hi-Pot, loads, thermal cycles, vibration, etc.).
  • Comply with ESD and FOD requirements.
  • Work with the master schedule.
