As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll be working 3 days a week, assisting students across two elementary schools. Your role will include providing therapy, working alongside a supportive team, and creating individualized plans to meet students' needs. Every day will bring new challenges and rewarding moments

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current COTA licensure in Illinois
  • Must pass fingerprints and drug screening

Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation: $33-$40 per hour based on experience
  • Comprehensive insurance and benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision
  • W-2 classification with weekly pay
  • Matching 401(k)

Interview Process:

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
  • Offer typically within 24-48 hours after the virtual interview
