Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Hours: Full Time, 35 Hours per Week
Work Schedule: August 1st, 2024 - May 20th, 2025
Caseload: Approximately 50-55 students
Age Group: Primarily Elementary (2nd Grade - 12th Grade)
Setting: Onsite Only
Case Types: Variety from Mild to Moderate, with some Severe Cases
Support: No SLPA

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Support: Deliver effective speech-language therapy to a diverse group of students, mainly focusing on elementary-aged children.
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language needs and create individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals, and keep accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • IEP Meeting Participation: Participate in IEP meetings to monitor and update student goals.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Tennessee.
  • Experience: School setting experience preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
