Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Nashua, New Hampshire. This role is situated within the healthcare industry and involves heavy data entry, electronic document management, and various administrative tasks. The successful candidate should be well-versed in accounting software systems, computerized billing, and administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process Medicaid billing tasks accurately and efficiently
• Perform heavy data entry tasks to ensure all customer records are updated and accurate
• Handle electronic document management, including uploading medical documents and client records into the system
• Manage small paperwork tasks such as purchase orders and scanning
• Respond to document creation and form creation requests, creating billable forms through Adobe Acrobat
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring all customer accounts are monitored and appropriate action is taken
• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries
• Use accounting software systems to perform various accounting functions effectively
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, providing support to the wider team.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Computerized Billing
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
