We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students from Kindergarten through 12th grade develop their communication skills to their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational goals.
  • Monitor and document students' progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language issues.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Massachusetts state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
