Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking a Solderer (2nd shift) skilled in PC board soldering, surface mount, and through-hole techniques.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • ITAR compliance

  • 7-year county background check

  • 4-panel drug test excluding THC

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Kan Ban and small-batch size requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderately complex assembly and soldering tasks using tools such as hot tweezers, cutters, soldering iron, solder pot, stereo microscope

  • Update manual and computerized status reports and logs per department requirements

  • Conduct complex inspection of solder joints

  • Perform production assembly from formal work instructions and drawings

  • Work on multiple products within the department or company

  • Provide training to lower-level employees with support from lead

  • Lead task groups in the absence of lead personnel

  • Assist with inventory and department status activities under guidance from lead



Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
