ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Federal Heights, CO for the upcoming school year. This full-time role provides a chance to work directly within schools, supporting a diverse student population and contributing to their overall growth. Heres what you need to know:

Position Details:

  • School Year: 2024/2025
  • Location: Federal Heights, CO
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Age Range: K-12 (assignments vary by school)
  • Role Details: Specific responsibilities and expectations will be outlined during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to students with various needs.
  • Perform detailed evaluations to assess speech and language skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
  • Write comprehensive reports on student progress, therapy outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational objectives.
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to goal-setting.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and billing documentation.
  • Address both academic and social communication challenges faced by students.
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of students from diverse backgrounds and with varying abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY-SLP); Colorado license required.
  • Experience with pediatric or adult populations is a plus.
