We are currently hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Cleveland, OH. This is a temp-to-hire position with a shift schedule of 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Purpose of Position

Perform a variety of tasks to install, repair, and maintain production machinery and plant equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform emergency repairs during production and regular preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct basic fabrication tasks using machining equipment.
  • Handle general facility maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, ballasts, and office support tasks.
  • Read and interpret manuals and work orders to execute required maintenance.
  • Diagnose issues, repair or replace parts, test equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
  • Identify unsafe operations and report them to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Record and manage work through a computerized preventive maintenance (PM) and work request system.

This role requires a hands-on technician skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining diverse systems while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
