General Pediatrician opening in greater Boston, Massachusetts with an established private group practice. This position provides work-life balance, competitive starting salary, and comprehensive benefits.

General Pediatrician Opportunity

• Full-Time (Open to Part-Time) Pediatrician Opening
• Competitive Starting Salary $200,000 to $250,000 (Negotiable Upon Experience)
• Flexible 3 or 4-Day Work Week Option (M-F, 8-5 Office Hours)
• 100% Outpatient Opportunity, Very Minimal Phone Call Coverage (1:4 Weeks)
• No Nursery Rounds, Hospital Admittances, or Inpatient Call
• No Evening Hours/Clinic End Your Day by 5PM
• Supportive Team: 4 Pediatricians on Staff (No Need to Oversee Mid-levels)
• Comprehensive Benefits (Health Insurance, Malpractice Occurrence Based, CME, etc.)
• Open to 2025 Graduating Pediatric Residents and Experienced Pediatricians
• Located 30 Miles Northwest of Boston, Roughly 40 Minutes Away

Requirements of the General Pediatrician

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Have/will complete Pediatric Residency
