A family-owned and operated company is searching for the next Vice President of Training in Chicago, IL. This position will drive training and organizational development programs across the organization in support of the tactical and strategic goals of the business. The Vice President of Training will be responsible for developing, evolving, facilitating, and owning all training for each department within our organization.


Vice President of Training Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary up to $175,000 with up to 20% bonus
  • Medical, Dental & Vision
  • 401K with 4% company match
  • Relocation Assistance Package

Vice President of Training Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • 10 years of previous hospitality experience, with 5 years in a Director/VP level role in a fast-casual or casual dining atmosphere
  • A history of successful leadership, building a great culture and fun environment
  • Actively assist with New Restaurant Openings
  • Create training programs and hold to standards
  • Ability to make an impact. Be the voice of new initiatives and lead by example.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to travel at least 50% per month to various locations throughout the US
