Production Supervisor

The primary responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include overseeing the +30 employees while streamlining production processes to ensure production phases are completed accurately and on time, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the assembly process, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. You will also play an important role in quality control, supervising the use of materials, and training new staff.
Responsibilities- Oversee, coach and develop +30 skilled production employees
- Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets.
- Communicate effectively with HR and management team before, during, and after shift completion.
- Assist in overseeing and assigning production duties.
- Maintain safety protocols.
- Maintain documents for internal and external use.
- Inspect welds and other machine work as required.
- Assist with training of new hires.
- Maintain work area and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- 5+ years of production supervisor experience, preferably within assembly environments.
- Experience overseeing 20+ individuals.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting assembly diagrams and blueprints.
- Quality control and inspection skills.
- Mechanical and electrical assembly knowledge.
- Production planning expertise.
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00
