About the Position:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite position for the 2024-2025 school year in Greenbrier, TN. This contract role offers a diverse caseload of K-12 students, providing the opportunity to assess, support, and guide students of all ages with a variety of psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations, providing counseling services, participating in IEP/ARD meetings, and collaborating with teachers and parents to develop strategies that enhance student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students of all ages (K-12) to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Write detailed, accurate reports based on assessments, and provide recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions.
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
• Participate in IEP/ARD meetings to share insights and make recommendations for student accommodations and interventions.
• Work closely with parents, teachers, and school staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting student success.
• Assist in the development of 504 plans, behavior intervention plans, and other educational support plans.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of student records and comply with all district policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid Tennessee School Psychologist certification (or ability to obtain prior to starting).
• Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred, but not required.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessments, interventions, and school-based counseling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple campuses or grade levels.
