**About the Role:**
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Paraprofessional for the 2024-2025 school year in Carmel, Indiana. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting students and enhancing their educational experience. The Paraprofessional will work closely with teachers and students to provide personalized support and assist in creating a positive and productive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Student Support:** Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, assisting with classroom activities, assignments, and individualized learning goals. Help students with special needs or those requiring additional assistance to achieve academic success.
- **Classroom Assistance:** Support teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining an organized, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Assist with instructional activities, preparation of materials, and classroom organization.
- **Behavior Management:** Assist in implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive classroom environment. Support students in developing appropriate social skills and behaviors, and provide guidance as needed.
- **Instructional Support:** Help with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities as directed by the teacher. Support students with various learning styles and needs to ensure they are fully engaged and making progress.
- **Monitoring and Documentation:** Observe and document student progress and behavior. Provide feedback to teachers and parents on student performance and areas needing additional support.
- **munication:** Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff. municate effectively with all stakeholders to support student learning and address any concerns or needs that arise.
- **Professional Development:** Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in education and student support.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or coursework in education or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not required. Experience with students with special needs or in similar support roles is a plus.
- **Skills:** Strong munication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students, and effective classroom management skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student success are essential.
