Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Fixed Asset Manager based in Denver, Colorado. This role primarily involves managing fixed assets, diving deep into data analysis, and enhancing the efficiency of our fixed asset register in our thriving industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the fixed asset register to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Deeply analyze and clean up data related to fixed assets.
• Collaborate with existing team members to alleviate workload related to fixed assets.
• Utilize experience in job costing to enhance financial processes.
• Dive into the details of fixed assets, ensuring all assets over a certain threshold are capitalized.
• Assist in the transition from Sage to D365, especially in regards to fixed assets.
• Utilize strong data skills to improve the efficiency and accuracy of fixed assets.
• Work onsite for three days a week to facilitate collaboration and effective communication.
• Utilize experience in the construction, building, or hospitality industries to enhance fixed asset management.
• Assist with the restructuring of the company by contributing valuable insights and solutions.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Banner Ads
• Familiarity with BlackLine software
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports
• Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accrual Accounting
• Proven track record in Auditing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
• Knowledge of Capitalization
• Ability to Deliver Messages in a clear and concise manner
