BODY SHOP TECHNICIAN / PAINTER:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Body Shop Technician / Painter, you will paint and perform body work on medium and heavy-duty class 6 & 8 trucks, including fiberglass, plastic, finish matching, painting, mixing, tinting and blending. Every day, picture yourself working alongside other trained Technicians in a body shop that has all the support and resources you need to perform top-notch work on heavy trucks. 

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 or more years of experience body and refinishing experience.
  • Self-motivation and
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision.
  • Driver's license with a good driving record. CDL is preferred.
  • Must understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, and OSHA Right-to-Know.
  • Axalta certification is a plus
Compensation: $33-40/hr (Depending on Experience)Why work for Pape':
