Phone Receptionist

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a difference in patients' lives? We are looking for a dedicated Phone Receptionist to join our client and serve as the primary point of contact for their patients, their families or other physicians. This is an onsite role sitting in Columbus, OH and will be starting on a contract basis. There may be opportunity to convert to a permanent employee based on performance and need. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive patient experience by addressing their needs and facilitating their care.
Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for primary care patients, addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism.
Call Management: Handle 80+ calls per day, providing assistance and directing calls as necessary.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills including exceptional empathy and communication skills
Previous experience in a high-volume call environment and some healthcare experience preferred.
Available to start quickly and commit to at least a 2 month project
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
