Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist (Night Shift)

Schedule: 7 nights on / 7 nights off

Position Overview: Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Inpatient Pharmacist for a night shift position. This role involves working with surgical, non-surgical, telemetry, and ICU patients, specifically those with some form of cancer diagnosis, including both adult and geriatric populations. The pharmacist will serve as the sole pharmacy representative during generally calm, low-stress, and low-volume shifts, with a patient census of 10-12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medication management for inpatient units, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing of medications.
  • Assist with pounding and restocking medications for the day shift.
  • Respond to occasional critical events by filling drip orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care and optimize medication therapy.
  • Maintain pliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Shift Details:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 PM 6:30 AM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must hold a valid Arizona Pharmacist license.
  • 3-5 years of inpatient pharmacy experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems is a plus.
  • Strong munication skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
