Position: School-Based BCBA
Location: Beverly, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Contract
Work Setting: Onsite | 3 y/o to 14 y/o students on the caseload

About the Position:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Beverly, Massachusetts. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work directly in an High school setting, focusing on enhancing student behavior and academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Behavior Analysis Services: Provide comprehensive behavior analysis across PreK - 8th grade levels.
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor student progress.
  • Collaboration: Work with educators, staff, and families to address and support the behavioral needs of the students.
  • Training and Guidance: Offer training and support to school personnel on effective behavior management techniques.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of behavioral data and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Current BCBA certification/license.
  • Experience: Experience in a school or pediatric setting is required
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families.
