Job Description

Candidates will be performing shipping and receiving duties. They will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring customers receive products in a timely manner. The primary responsibilities include handling all shipping through UPS, FedEx, and other common carriers. The role involves working closely with a small, tight-knit team alongside the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Manage inventory efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Handle shipping through UPS, FedEx, and other common carriers.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to streamline processes.

Essential Skills

• Experience with shipping on UPS and FedEx.
• Knowledge of inventory management.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Material handling and packing experience.
• Loading and unloading shipments.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Work Environment

The team consists of about 75 employees spread across two shifts. The work hours are 6am - 2:30pm for the first shift and 2pm - 10:30pm for the second shift. The dress code is casual, promoting a comfortable and relaxed work atmosphere.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, Massachusetts.
