Regulatory Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Specialist to join our quality team in the Greater Fergus Falls, MN area. This role involves developing and maintaining systems to ensure all products meet safety, legal, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement food safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for raw materials, packaging, in-process, and finished products.
- Facilitate regulatory visits and inspections and manage certification audits (GFSI, NSF Supplement cGMP, Kosher, Gluten Free, Social Compliance, Organic, RSPO).
- Manage the recall program, including mock recalls and actual recalls as necessary.
- Oversee new item entry into ERP systems, specification databases, and customer websites.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of QA or Regulatory experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge of QA procedures, statistical analysis, process capability studies, process control, and analytical measurement.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent people and team skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
