We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. The role is based in Milwaukie, Oregon, United States and involves managing customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively use CRM tools to manage and process customer data
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, ensuring all financial data is properly recorded
• Respond to inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues
• Perform various billing functions, ensuring all customer account details are up-to-date
• Manage collection processes, ensuring all outstanding payments are collected in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data• Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) to track money owed by tenants or clients
• Excellent communication skills for answering inbound calls and addressing client queries
• Familiarity with billing functions, including invoicing and payment collection
• Knowledge of collection processes to ensure timely payments and adherence to company policies
• Experience in Real Estate Property/Facilities Management is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
