Job Description

As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all dishes and cutlery used in a restaurant, as well as assisting with other kitchen tasks. Your primary duties will include collecting and properly sanitizing dishes, glasses, and cutlery, helping with food preparation, and maintaining a clean kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses.
  • Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use.
  • Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use.
  • Assemble food for patrons.
  • Help with cutting vegetables and food prepping.
  • Prepare takeout packages.
  • Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash.
  • Keep cupboards and storage areas clean and organized.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in food service and cleaning.
  • Ability to operate an industrial dishwasher and wash dishes by hand.
  • Assistance with food preparation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and food production.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a line cook or in food prep is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.20 - $15.20
