Early Childhood Teacher

Job Description:

Soliant Education is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join a school in St. George, SC for the full spring semester. This is a wonderful opportunity for a qualified educator to work with young learners in PreK through 2nd grade, creating a positive and engaging environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. As an hourly contractor, this position offers petitive pay and a chance to be part of a supportive school munity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of students.
• Create a warm and weling classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
• Teach foundational skills in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies, tailored to the needs of young learners.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and school staff.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student development and success.
• municate effectively with parents about their childs progress and needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Active teaching certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or qualifications to teach PreK-2nd grade.
• Previous experience teaching young children is a plus.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and helping young learners succeed.
• Ability to work as a contractor through Soliant Education.
