Job Title: Patent Prosecution Paralegal

Schedule: Full-time Hybrid (requires working onsite 3 days/week) in Madison (53703)

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 DOE

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Patent Prosecution Paralegal in our client's Madison office for a full-time hybrid role. You'll assist with all domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution across various technologies. A background in working with clients from research institutions and/or tech transfers is strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
· Coordinate new domestic and foreign application filings
· Analyze USPTO & foreign counsel communication
· Track due dates & manage docketing systems
· Prepare client reports & prosecution documents
· Communicate with USPTO, attorneys, & clients 

Qualifications:
· 3+ years of recent Domestic & Foreign IP Patent Filing & Prosecution experience working in a busy US law firm
· Strong attention to detail & IP docketing software expertise
· Excellent client service focus, communication, & organization
· Degree or certificate preferred
