Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated employee to join our team. This role involves material handling activities, including operating materials handling equipment, loading and unloading freight, and moving products using a handheld bar code scanner. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, and have experience with stand-up order picker and reach style forklifts.

Shift - 9am - 6pm

Pay - 20/hr

Responsibilities
  • Operate materials handling equipment.
  • Load and unload freight.
  • Move products via handheld bar code scanner.
  • Check or count freight for accuracy.
  • Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift equipment daily.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
  • Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
  • Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety.
  • Perform other job functions as assigned.
Essential Skills
  • 6+ months of warehouse work experience, including pick/pack/kitting.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform cycle counts.
  • Experience with stand-up order picker and reach style forklifts (certified).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Quick learner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer
  • Nice to have: additional forklift experience.

This position is in a warehouse environment with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday
