Important Note:
This position is for a fully qualified OT only. We are not considering Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for this role.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic team. This position requires onsite presence and focuses on providing occupational therapy services primarily at the elementary level, with the possibility of some middle school support. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team of 6 OTs and 3 COTAs.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students, primarily at the elementary level
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' functional abilities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' occupational therapy needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
  • Implement evidence-based practices in occupational therapy
  • Adapt the school environment to meet students' needs
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff on occupational therapy strategies
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid state licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
  • Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy principles and practices
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • mitment to providing passionate and effective therapy services
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and school environments
