We are currently partnering with multiple clients in the Chicagoland area that are seeking experienced CNC Programmers

• Core locations around the Chicagoland area**: Gurnee, Mundelein, Lake Bluff, Schaumburg, Niles, Franklin Park, Elk Grove Village, Alsip, Lockport, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and understand blueprint designs for CNC programming and operation.
• Program and set up CNC machinery using SolidWorks, Surfcam, and Coreldraw (KCam7 experience beneficial).
• Calculate, verify, and adjust machine settings, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Rework materials to meet blueprint specifications, using a deep understanding of “M” and “G” codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively while being able to work independently when required.
• Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments during the production process.
• Suggest improvements to enhance machine efficiency and reduce production time.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols and guidelines during CNC operation.
