We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Services industry, located in LEXINGTON-FAYETTE, Kentucky. You will be tasked with ensuring the smooth transition of client files from one document management system to another, while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of each file. Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe migration of client files from an existing document management system to a new one

• Maintain high level confidentiality while dealing with sensitive documents

• Operate computer systems proficiently to input and manage data

• Undertake the organization of various documents into respective client folders

• Monitor client engagement folders, which can contain between 1 to 500 documents

• Maintain up-to-date accounting files for multiple engagements and clients

• Resolve any issues that may arise during the file migration process

• Adhere to strict attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records.

• Proficiency in Computer Data Entry is a must for accurate and efficient input of information.

• Familiarity with Electronic File management systems is necessary for organizing and storing data effectively.

• Experience in handling Confidential Documents is required, ensuring the security and privacy of sensitive information.
