Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact in Manassas, VA? We have a full-time position available for the upcoming school year, where you'll support students from PreK through 12th grade in a vibrant and collaborative school environment.

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Manassas, VA
Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Caseload: 60-65 students (PreK - 12th grade)

Job Details:

  • Role: Full-time position providing direct speech therapy services to a diverse caseload of students.
  • Caseload: Manage a caseload of 60-65 students across all grade levels.
  • Focus: Deliver individualized therapy sessions to support students speech and language development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services: Provide personalized therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of students at different grade levels.
  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized therapy plans.
  • Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students' educational experiences.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and track student progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Relevant Virginia State licensure as an SLP.
  • Experience: Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or CCC-SLPs are welcome; no SLPAs.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students of various ages.
