Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, team supervision, and compliance with safety regulations. This role must have someone who has worked with an ERP system prior. This person will oversee 5-7 leads and up to 5 temporary staff employees. Hours can be 7-4 or 8-5. Occasional weekends as needed. Any Aerospace/Defense experience a big plus. Manufacturing experience a big plus as well. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to optimizing warehouse processes to support our production goals. Key responsibilities include: Supervise Warehouse Operations: Lead and manage warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies. Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and finished products, and implementing measures to minimize discrepancies. Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely processing and accuracy in shipping documentation. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the warehouse. Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, shipping schedules, and staff performance, presenting findings to senior management. Work closely with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of warehouse operations with overall company objectives. Great benefits.
